E-Waste Recycling Process
CRT Dismantling
The CRT monitors are opened manually and plastic cabinet is taken out. The Glass monitors are kept inside the CRT machine chamber and using hot band technology glass will be cut and phosphorus coating on the glass is removed using the dust collector.
PCBA Dismantling
The Printed circuit boards with components (PCBA) is fed to component dismantling machine and gas fired. After heating at certain temperature components from the boards are de-soldered and comes out from the machine and collected in bottom tray. After components are removed, bare Printed circuit boards are collected and fed to e-waste recycling machine to extract metals.
PCB Recycling
E waste PCB circuit board recycling machine is used to recycle all kinds of Printed Circuit boards, such as the computer boards, cell phone boards, TV boards, copper-clad laminate, and other household appliances, and the separation of leftover material of the mixed metal and nonmetal materials.
